We Are Family

Our first family photo was taken mere moments after Connor entered this world . . . in the operating room. We've been slackers and never got around to having a real family photo done. Until now. Since we were having Connor's one year picture taken, we thought we should squeeze in a family photo too. And that's all we got - one photo. Having missed his afternoon nap, Connor wasn't too enthused about posing, smiling, or sitting still. Therefore, we have exactly one picture of him by himself to commemorate his first birthday, and exactly one of the family. He may look like he's ready to break out in laughter in the family one, but he's really just chomping away on a cracker (used to bribe him for "just one more picture.") We're happy he gave us the ones he did.
