Happy Valentine's Day!

To commemorate the Hallmark holiday, Connor helped me make some sugar cookies the night before. They were all heart shaped with the exception of one, made especially for him. As of late, Connor has made a habit of going up to people and chomping down on their leg, toe, shoulder, etc. Basically whatever body part is within his reach. It's done in fun and doesn't hurt, but because of his new quirk, we've nicknamed him Connor the Cannibal. In the spirit of his new nickname, we cut out one of the sugar cookies in the shape of his hand with the thought that he could eat his own hand rather than someone else's. The prized cookie was given to him for dessert after dinner. At first, he wasn't quite sure what to make of it. Gunner, being the instinctive dog that he is, was laying in waiting just below the highchair. Watch the video to see how it all played out.
